Argentina announces its world cup squad - Lionel Messi included

Argentina will play its first match on 16th June against Iceland.

Argentina had a great performance and run last world cup but lost the world cup final in Brazil in 2014.

Argentina competed with Germany in FIFA World Cup final 2014 but i was  unfortunate for Argentina, when Mario Gotze scored in the 117th minute to give Germany their fourth title.

Argentina will lead by Lionel Messi as its captain and by Jorge Sampaoli as its coach for the world cup in Russia.

Lionel Messi became the only player to win golden shoe for the fifth time with 34 goals this season.
