Bread pockets
This is the recipe which is always a hit on your dining table. From adults to kids everyone loves to devor it Yumm

Method: (For filling)
Make white sauce, melt the butter in a sauce pan then add flour and cook for 2-3 mins.
Slow down the heat and gradually stir in the milk to get a smooth sauce, season with salt and white pepper.
After that, add mayonnaise, ketchup/Nando's peri peri sauce, chilli flakes along with shredded chicken, chopped carrot & capsicum.
*Add chopped green chillies as well if you are a spice lover*
*Add fried carrot and capsicum in one tbsp oil*
-For bread:
Flatten each bread with rolling pin (Baylan).
Cut bread with the help of Round cutter or with a round glass/cup.
Now add the filling mixture in the centre of a bread.
Cover it with another bread.
For securing its Corner/Edges, use laii mixture (Flour and water).
Coat it with egg and bread crumbs.
Deep fry each, then cut each circle from the middle.
