Bryan Adams Discloses about his Suspected Affair with Princess Diana

In the realm of entertainment industry and media, nothing remains a secret especially when it comes to love affairs. The news buzzing with the updates of Priyanka Chopra’s romantic relationship with Nick Jonas is just a tiny facet of the list of affairs the media experts have to reveal to the world.  

Flashing back to the story of late Princess Diana, a British Royal who died in a car crash in year 1997 while going away from paparazzi in Paris.

Now, after 21 years, the public is still interested in venturing about Diana’s personal life; what caused a fissure between the lady and her husband Prince Charles? focusing over the fact that who the distressed princess was truly in love with and why? The latest gossip buzzing around is about a short-lived affair with Grammy-winning vocalist Bryan Adams. But was it actually an affair? The answer is subject to the views on whom you ask.

In March 2018, the news of the probable link-up broke out after Diana’s butler Paul Burrell, on an epsiode of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here, allegedly said he used to sneak Bryan into Kensington Palace to see her. 

Bryan’s long-time companion, model Cecilie Thomsen, also confessed about Bryan's affair with Diana back in 1996 and how it influenced their own relationship. 

Around 10 years before, he launched a song called Diana which was about the Royal couple's doomed marriage. The stanzas expressed how she drove the singer “wild,” how she was the “queen” of Bryan’s dreams and questioned what she was doing with a man like Charles.

But Bryan still neither endorses nor refutes the assertions. He lately attended Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live as a guest, where he, for once, talked about the matter and resolutely insisted that he and Diana were just “very good friends,” as testified by the DailyMail.

“There are many gossips that you and Princess Diana were once romantically engaged. Her butler said that he used to sneak you into Kensington Palace. How would you symbolize your association?” the host asked. To this, Bryan responded, “Great friends… And he didn’t sneak me in, I would just roll up.” When Andy further questioned if the duet had been “friends with benefits,” Bryan answered, “She was just… we were good friends.”

Now at the age of 58 years, Bryan, a great musician and multi-award-winning amateur photographer has typically pensioned off from active music production.
