How to keep yourself and your skin Fresh and healthy in the heat of this summer.

Summer, as we all know, is becoming hotter day by day with the gust and arid wind around causing huge damage to our  skin cells that can reduce the energy inside . But this summer you need nothing to worry, because the most helpful tips are revealed finally those are given below to stay fresh and energized in summer.

1.    Hydration.

The most important thing to keep the temperature of the body is to maintain and regulate a proper blood pressure in the body, during normal days a human body requires around 8 to 10 glass of water but in summer-time we are recommended to increase this quantity up to 12 – 15 glass because 60% – 65% of the human cells and muscles are composed of water. In summer during the enormous heat, when sweat appears on the skin it balance the body temperature but excessive amount of the sweat can lead towards the dehydration. Dehydration will cause you ultimately headache, fatigue, less urination or yellow urination, constipation. So drink more and more water to replenish the required fluid of your body, it will regulate the temperature of your body, keep skin supple, help kidney to function properly, lubricate your muscles and joints to make you relaxed and healthy.

2.    Fruits Intake and Fresh vegetables.

What can be foremost in a hot day than a cold glass of lemonade with little sugar mixed in it, Peaches, apples, watermelon, and strawberries are fruits that have perfect nutrients, watermelon is always a good source of Vitamin A, C, and potassium, Strawberry is good for hormones and bones carries vitamin C.Peaches are good for vitamin A and which is also beneficial for skin care, immune and supports eye. On the other hand fresh vegetables could be consumed for better health care in summer heat, vegetables that are very useful in summer are sweet peppers, green beans, cucumbers, zucchini and indeed red tomatoes, which can be used  in different kind of meals and salad to gain most of it in fresh stipulation. Green beans are a great source of vitamin K, cucumbers provide magnesium along with phosphorus, sweet peppers give vitamin A and C

3.    Moisturizing your Skin.

Moisturizers come in different kind of bottles, pitcher, container, etc. sole purpose of a moisturizer is to protect the skin from dryness, to keep skin shiny and hygienic. It creates a protective layer on the skin that prevents the dullness. A moisturizer must contain ‘Humectants’ A moisturizer keeps your skin younger, softer, more elastic, and shiny. Men and women both should use it. If you don’t moisturize in summer it could produce wrinkles on your skin and complexion could appear flaky. We can also use the natural acquiring plant ‘aloe vera’, best for the skin and remove the dark spots.

Best sunscreen can be referred to a cap, hat and head face covering equipment from the sun rays, another thing is the use of sunglasses that can reflect much of the sun rays before hitting the surface of the face and skin. Different kind of sunscreens are available in the market to shield and safeguard the skin from injurious rays of the Sun. It works like ozone layer for the Earth and prevents facial brown spots, slows skin ageing. Sunscreen protects you from sunburn and prevents the reddish unpleasant burns on the sensitive skins.
