Hum Tv response to the award show controversy

Mentioned by hum Tv that the date of 6th Humawards  was decided months ago in advance to the announcement of election date. as such a huge event requires a lot of planning and preparation. also a lot of resources were required for the event and commitment with international sponsors are made in advance so it was not possible to change the date. however some of the artists have cast their vote and then left for the awards in Toronto but some had to leave early for rehearsals. moreover hum Tv made a contract with various parties in Canada much before the election date was decided. and they will not break their promise and contracts. they will continue to work towards building Pakistan image and brand globally.
