Meghan Markle Bids Adieu to the Royal Tradition !!

Britain’s Royal Family might be known for its well-kept traditions and set pattern of rules, but Meghan Markle has decided to be an exception. The bride-to-be of Prince Harry, Meghan Markle will  not have  maid of honor for the  big day on May 19. Prince Harry, however, will be accompanied by his brother Prince William, Duke of Cambridge.

While others might be jumping on to some cheeky conclusions, the actual reason for her decision is very adorable…she simply doesn’t want to give more value to any of her friends than others. Palace’s spokesperson said , “She has a very close-knit circle of friends, and she didn’t want to choose one over another.” Now, this is something really sweet!

But a press release from the palace has assured that Markle is not saying goodbye to all the traditions as she will walk down the aisle with her proud father. According to the press release, “Both of the bride’s parents will have important roles in the wedding.”

Before the beginning of the celebrations of the big day, bride-to-be’s mother has hit the grounds of the UK to spend some quality time with Prince Harry and his family. This collaboration of the two families was also indicated in the press release as it read, “Mr. Thomas Markle and Ms. Doria Ragland will be arriving in the UK in the week of the wedding, allowing time for Prince Harry’s family, including The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, and The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, to spend time with them before the big day.”

Before the wedding bells will ring, in the morning, Markle’s mother, Doria Ragland, will accompany her in the car, and the father, Thomas Markle, will walk her down the aisle to let her meet her charming prince standing on the other end.

So having a maid of honor is not a problem for Meghan Markle as ultimately, no matter what she will get her real-life prince!
