Messi’s Hometown turns painted Blue and White as the World Cup 2018 arrives.

Rosario the hometown of the famous  Argentinean footballer Lionel Messi, turns into the color of the flag of Argentina-Because of its WC time.

It is the third largest city in Argentina with the habitat of around 1.35 million. It is also the home of famous revolutionary leader, Ernesto Che Guevara. Residents of the city painted the streets, sign boards, and footpaths on their own with the Blue and White color to show the love towards their football squad and legendary player Lionel Messi who wear 10 number shirt,hence the  number 10 also finds its place on the sidewalks, lampposts and, walls.

Argentina has won 2 world cups and the one last was in 1986 due to the vivid performance of the famous player Maradona . Messi- born after the 1986 win and  continuously compared to the legendary player Maradona, is again the center of focus for the Argentinean fans and a ray of hope for this World cup 2018 in Russia.
