Passengers in Tears as PIA’s Online System Crashes

Passengers who booked tickets with Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) were left stranded at the airports as the online system of PIA crashed. It was  reported that crash was noticed all over the country on Friday and the passengers were left frustrated and agitated.

The online system came to a halt after a bug was found. However, the passengers faced a lot of trouble in getting their tickets and other matters, putting them in tears. According to PIA spokesperson efforts are being made to restore the system and services.

Previously, the passengers faced the similar issue when PIA’s online system crashed in January causing PIA to suffer a huge loss in sale of tickets and delay in flights. Passengers were found taking digs at PIA and the officials for unprofessional behavior and lack of skilled technicians.
