Sara Ali Khan served legal notice by director of her debut film

Bollywood is witnessing many debuts in 2018 and Sara Ali Khan is surely one of the most highly anticipated ones. She is making her big screen debut opposite Sushant Singh Rajput in Abhishek Verma’s ‘Kedranth’ this year.

The movie has however, been facing a lot of problems ever since it was announced. First there was a lot of trouble surrounding its title and then the production issues stepped in, making matters only worse! The movie was on the verge of becoming shelved in February but by some good luck, it survived that as well.

Now it seems like the main female lead of the movie – debutant Sara Ali Khan is the one facing troubles. The director Abhishek has sent an official court notice to Sara to pay a penalty worth 5 Crore Rupees because she has signed another big budget film prior to her first release. According to the director, this is unwanted popularity that overshadows the interest over present project being put up for release.

Let’s make it clear that Sara Ali Khan has bagged the lead role opposite heartthrob Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty’s directorial and Dharma Production’s ‘Simba’. Simba is expected to hit the big screens ion 28 December this year.

Sara Ali Khan is the daughter of yesteractor Amrita Singh and Bollywood hunk Saif Ali Khan. She is saif’s daughter from his first marriage with Amrtia. They also share a son named Ibrahim Ali Khan who is younger to Sara. Saif is now married to Bollywood beauty Kareena Kapoor with whom he has a 17-month old son.
