Sky Is Pink Is Inspired By Aisha Chaudhary? Trailer Launch And The Initial Impressions

Priyanka Chopra Jonas is back in news for some better reasons this time. This time it is the launch of her film "Sky Is Pink" trailer. 

This bittersweet trailer dropped in on Tuesday. 

And, to be honest we were kind of smitten by the brutality of the acting depicting scenes as if they were being played live. 

However, the lead star list consists of Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar, Rohit Saraf, and Zaira Wasim. 

The movie is directed by Shonali Bose.

Zaira plays the onscreen daughter of Priyanka and Farhan. 

And, is suffering from a very rare immune deficiency disorder. 

In medical terms, the disease is called Busulfan Lung Damage.

The Movie Is Based On Real-Life Story

Yes, that's true, and the movie is based on the short-lived 18-years of Aisha Chaudhary.

She was born with an immune deficiency disorder. And, lived for only 18 short years. 

She passed away on the 24th of January 2015.

She famously quoted on TEDx," The only thing that truly matters to me is being happy." 

And, also shared," Happiness is a choice one makes. I can either choose to be happy and try to smile through all of my difficult times, or I can choose to be miserable."

And Zaira is depicting the teen-agers struggles and fight with this deadly disorder. And, yes there is the touch of Bollywood romance and separation is added to only fuel-up the situation. 

The film is scheduled to be released by 11th of October 2019.
