Sri Lanka Explosions Bring State Of Emergency Within The Beautiful Country

Sri Lanka explosions bring the state of emergency within the beautiful country. These explosions were very targeted. 

And, were focused on Church and hotels. The initial report of the blast came in around with 6 explosions within a very small span of time. 

Easter Sunday - A Morning Of Pain In Sri Lanka 

Three churches were targetted during the Easter services. These were Negombo, Batticaloa and Colombo's Kochchikade district. 

Whereas, the blasts took place at the main hotels Shangri-La, Kingsbury and Cinnamon Grand. There have been no official reports to confirm the number of the wounded or the killed.  

Authorities Confused Over Such Brutality 

Reports from various sources claim 29 to 350 dead and about 450 or so are critically injured. Rescue operations are underway but this deadly and inhuman act has shaken the humanity all over the world.

So far, what we see that these bombings were planned and well drafted to give out strong and clear messages to the country.

A Deadly Hit On The Country's Economy

We all know that Sri Lanka used to have tourism as the main attraction and earning means for the country's economy - but these recent blasts will have a heavy toll on the tourism industry. 

Let us all sit together and pray for the departed souls, and also hope that the agencies are able to capture those culprits and give them the worst form of punishment. Such actions are highly condemned and should be seemed fit for taking strong action against terrorism.
