This Bollywood diva is eagerly waiting to meet Mahira Khan at Cannes Film Festival

The news of Pakistani actress Mahira Khan heading to Cannes Film Festival this year as Loreal Hair Care’s official spokesperson is breaking the internet for quite some days.

While Pakistanis are excited to see their beloved queen at Cannes this year, it seems that celebrities from across the globe are also overwhelmed to have the Raees actor on board with them.

In an exchange of tweets, Indian starlet Sonam Kapoor expressed her excitement to hang out with Mahira at Cannes.

Sonam Kapoor recently got hitched to beau Anand Ahuja, in a star-studded Punjabi wedding ceremony, which was attended by almost all Bollywood big wigs.

Like other stars, Mahira Khan, congratulated the Neerja actress on her wedding via Twitter.

Mahira wrote: ‘congratulations! Wishing you a lifetime of joy and happiness. Inshallah. Lots of love.’

While this year will be Mahira’s debut at Cannes, Sonam will be attending the international film festival for the eighth time.

Reports have it that Mahira and Sonam will be walking the red carpet at Cannes on May 15.

Other celebrities with the likes of Julianne Moore, Jane Fonda, Eva Longoria, Deepika Padukone and Aishwarya Rai will be attending Cannes this year as representatives of Loreal Paris.

Mahira will next be starring in Saat Din Mohabbat In scheduled to hit silver screens on Eid-ul-Fitr while Sonam is all set to grace our eyes in upcoming Bollywood comedy film Veeray Di Wedding on June 1^st.
